- I am Director General of Saritsa Foundation and founder Trustee.
SARITSA FOUNDATION aims to build capacity , train, encourage, inspire, and motivate the people to use local resources, share experiences to enhance skills amongst school children, youth, women groups, disabled and vulnerable people at individual and community levels to minimize risks from disasters.
Saritsa Foundation has prepared and build confidence amongst 162500 people including about 7200 disabled people in states of Maharashtra, Gujarat Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, Pondicherry, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Himachal Predesh and Jammu and Kashmir Assam and Arunachal Pradesh since its birth on June 2000.
It had conducted about 832 workshops for schools students and teachers, 200 workshops for youth, women and poor communities and 82 workshops for the disabled people, 84 community rescue teams prepared in 12 most disaster prone states in India in a period of about 9 years.

Give school children a chance to prepare for disasters and educate them. A country like India has millions of school children in rural and urban poor pockets who are vulnerable to disasters and impacts of climate change. First, welcome to our fledgling group of dynamic and varied teachers and managers worldwide.
I am a small population county inTaylor Co. Florida as an Emergency Manager and am willing to assist you in any way possible. My background is an approximate 14 year career (mainly in Osceola County, with multiple and varied disaster incidents and/or events from Presidential declarations to local disaster declarations. I have produced and brought to use many documents from a county-wide Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan to water safety for children in pools.
