- I'm a 20 year retired Fleet Marine Force, Navy Chief Hospital Corpsman. I have had the opportunity to receive specialty training in the emergency response to ‘Weapons of Mass Destruction’ while assigned to the Chemical Biological Incident Response Force, a military anti-terrorist unit, our mission was to conduct consequence management and force protection operations worldwide on credible terrorist threats and Weapons of Mass Destruction incidents. I have a BS in Health Care Management and I currently work for the Riverside County Office of Education as their Emeregency Management Coordinator, responsible for overseeing 23 school districts and over 400+ public schools covering over 7,700 square miles.
